These are the terms of the BuzzMeBro partner program. You accept them yourself when you join; an assistant cannot accept them for you. See how the program works.

The terms

  1. What you earn. 50% of net collected revenue (after sales tax, refunds, chargebacks and Stripe's processing fee) from apartments you referred directly through your link or code, paid only on money we have collected, for as long as they pay. Not on anyone those apartments refer later. Rate changes apply to future payments only, with 30 days notice.
  2. Who can join. You are 18 or older and live in Canada (the program is Canada only at launch), and you pass Stripe's identity check before you are paid.
  3. Your employer. If you work at a building, a management company or a concierge company, your employer allows you to take part. A company can also join as one partner and share earnings with its staff itself.
  4. No self-referral. Your own apartment or household never counts.
  5. No pressure. Never pressure residents, and never tie building access, packages or any service to signing up.
  6. Residents' information. Don't collect residents' personal information for us, and don't ask for their phone numbers or door codes. Residents sign up themselves. Your own data with us is never sold, rented, licensed or traded, and never used to train AI (see our privacy policy).
  7. Honest words only. Use the kit or your own honest words. Make no claims about features, prices or privacy that are not on buzzmebro.com. Never mention or compare any other buzzer company.
  8. No spam. Follow Canada's anti-spam law. No ads on the word "BuzzMeBro", no fake reviews and no coupon sites. You don't speak for BuzzMeBro.
  9. Refunds and chargebacks. A refund or chargeback reverses the matching share, including out of later payouts.
  10. Fraud. Fraud or breaking these terms ends the partnership and forfeits the affected shares.
  11. Ending it. Either side can end the partnership at any time. Clean shares you have already earned are still paid.
  12. Taxes. You handle your own taxes.

How you are paid

  • Each share is held for 30 days after we collect the payment, in case of a refund or chargeback.
  • Payouts go out monthly through Stripe once you have at least $25 ready. You add your bank details on Stripe's own page; we never see them.
  • New partners are paid up to $300 a month for their first 90 days. Anything above that waits for the next month.
  • The program is Canada only at launch.
  • You never see residents' personal details: each apartment shows as a code, with the amounts.
