Residents’ phone numbers, address and door log are never sold, rented, licensed or traded, and never used to train AI. Yours either.
Before you join
How much can I earn?
Half of what each apartment you referred pays us, after tax, refunds and Stripe’s fee. As plain math: 20 apartments on the monthly plan at $9.99 would come to about $94 a month. Results depend on how many residents sign up and stay; nothing is guaranteed.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, through Stripe, once you have $25 ready. Each payment is held 30 days after we collect it, in case of a refund. You add your bank details on Stripe’s own page when your first payout is ready; we never see them.
Do I earn on free months?
No. You earn on money we actually collect. A free month, a failed payment or a refunded payment pays nothing.
What if a resident tells a friend?
The friend gets our normal customer offer. You earn on the residents who signed up with your link or code.
Do I see residents’ details?
No. You see a code for each apartment and the amounts. Never a name, phone number, address or door log.
Is it OK with my employer?
Please check. Your company can also join as one partner and share with its staff itself.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older in Canada. The program is Canada only for now.
