My building has a parcel room. Why do I still miss deliveries?

Will the concierge accept a food order for me?

Do parcel lockers help with groceries?
Only for dry goods that fit, and only if your building allows it. Chilled or frozen food should not sit in a locker for hours.
Is this specific to Toronto condos?
