For co-living operators

Every suite you run is a shared apartment with one buzzer number.

Three to six residents behind one lobby buzzer means someone is always on door duty, or nobody is. BuzzMeBro puts more than one resident on the buzzer number and lets each person choose when their own phone rings.

How it works
  1. Join or ask about bulk
Join as a partner in a minute, or write to us about several suites at once.
  2. Add it to move-in
Put the insert in the welcome pack and the line in your house rules.
  3. Receive half, every month
For each suite that signs up with your code and keeps paying.
The move-in moment

Each new resident is another name for the buzzer

Your residents arrive on different dates and keep different hours. The building still calls one number per unit, so the buzzer ends up on one person’s phone or on yours.

Adding BuzzMeBro to your move-in welcome means each resident can be on the buzzer from their first day, and removed the day they leave.

Why it helps your residents
  • Fewer door calls to your team
Deliveries and guests reach the residents, not your operations phone.
  • Built for shared homes
Up to four people per buzzer number. Anyone can pause their own phone or set quiet hours, and roommates are told when the list changes.
  • Partner share or bulk setup
Earn half of what each referred apartment pays us, or talk to us about setting up several suites at once.
What we give you

Ready to share, with your link already in it

Your residents get their first two months free with your code, and they can cancel any time and pay nothing.

  • Insert
    A move-in welcome insert
A short page for your welcome pack, with your QR code.
  • Checklist
    A house-rules line
One line for your house rules or resident handbook about getting on the buzzer.

Their data

BuzzMeBro is a Toronto company. Our customers’ phone numbers, address and door log are never sold, rented, licensed or traded, and never used to train AI. The same goes for your own details as a partner.

  • You never see your customers’ details
Each apartment shows as a code, with amounts. Never a name, phone number, address or door log.
  • People sign up themselves
You never collect phone numbers or door codes for us, and you never pressure anyone.
  • Never a condition of anything
Signing up is never tied to a lease, a booking, building access, packages or any service.
  • Stripe handles the money
Stripe verifies your identity and bank account and sends your payouts. We never see your bank details.

The rules are short and in plain language: read the partner terms before you join.

Prefer not to fill in forms? Ask your assistant.

Assistants that use connectors can sign you up. Tell yours:

“Sign me up for the BuzzMeBro partner program.”
It fills in the forms for you.
Three steps always stay with you
  1. Read back the code we text to your mobile.
  2. Open the terms page and accept the partner terms yourself. An assistant cannot accept them for you.
  3. Add your bank details on Stripe’s own page when your first payout is ready. An assistant never sees or enters them.

Questions

Before you join

How many residents fit on one buzzer number?

Up to four people per apartment. If a suite has more, tell us; we would rather hear about it than have you guess.

What happens when a resident moves out?

They are removed from the list in the app, and everyone on the buzzer is told by text when the list changes.

Who pays, the operator or the residents?

Either. Residents can sign up themselves with your code, or you can ask us about a setup paid by you.

How much can I earn?

Half of what each apartment you referred pays us, after sales tax, refunds and Stripe’s fee. As a worked example: 20 apartments on the monthly plan at $9.99 would come to about $93 a month. That is arithmetic, not a forecast. It depends on how many people sign up and stay, and nothing is guaranteed.

When and how am I paid?

Monthly, through Stripe, once you have at least $25 ready. Each share is held 30 days after we collect the payment (120 days for a yearly plan), in case of a refund. New partners are paid up to $300 a month for their first 90 days; anything above that waits for the next month.

What does Stripe ask for when I set up payouts?

Stripe asks you to turn on two-step sign-in and to verify your identity with a photo of your ID and a selfie. It is Stripe’s standard check for anyone it pays, and it takes about 3 minutes. You only do it once, and only after you have earned your first $25. You do not need it to join or to start sharing.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There is no fee, nothing to buy and no bank details to give when you join.

Do I earn on free months?

No. You earn only on money we actually collect. A free month, a failed payment or a refunded payment pays nothing.

Do I see the details of people I refer?

No. You see a code for each apartment and the amounts. Never a name, phone number, address or door log.

Who can join?

Anyone 18 or older who lives in Canada, and Canadian businesses. The program is Canada only for now. You handle your own taxes.

Ready to share BuzzMeBro with your residents?

Joining takes about a minute and costs nothing. No bank details until your first payout.
